I am part of a group looking to organise a small event in a field near Ely. As part of the event we will need toilets and we would much rather install composting toilets than hiring portaloos. Unfortunately I am struggling to find any guidance or legislation for the area to say what type, depth ect. we can build without potentially incurring fines from the EA and DEFRA. I have tried getting in touch with the EA and although helpful I haven’t had any useful information so far.
Can anyone help me out?
