Lighting occupancy detection logger

Does anyone know where in the UK I could get hold of a product similar to these:

http://www.sensorswitch.com/datalogger.aspx#
http://www.leviton.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=30694&minisite=10026

I am currently looking at the possibility of installing occupancy detection for lighting in a large number of buildings.

I need something that would enable me to monitor both occupancy of an area (to log how often an occupancy sensor would be triggered if installed) as well as something that monitors how often the lights are currently left on for.

The products above look good, but only appear to be available in North America.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I could sort you out a bespoke monitoring system for a small fee! I log stuff like that in my own house and it can all be remote accessed. contact via tonyshouse website if you need a lead still.
