What a fantastic development
I know the location and words cannot describe how wonderful the location is. Add to this the renewables and the fact you are only paying what it costs to build them, then this is a fantastic opportunity - I just wish I could afford one, I am so jealous of those that will!

Wonderful develoment
What a fantastic project a pity not all housing development is not carried out in this way.
The Planning and Building regulation legislation should be cahnge immediately to take into account all these measures which will cut CO2
