Some answers - at last!
This is the sort of information we need (although I have not seen it yet) - not governments rabbiting on about ZERO carbon with no idea what that REALY means

Passiv house, Sweden
We have them here as well, and extremely efficient, they are claiming at least 85% efficiency thru heat recovery, in fact during the past 3 years, some of these houses have had zero heating bills
