Mike Crompton - Chairman IDEA 22 Jun 2014, 10:05 AM
Its a national disgrace
The Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (IDEA) have been making representation at DECC/GDORB meetings for nearly 18 months about the issues with supply chain payments to advisers and assessors for both GD & ECO works. There have been a number of middlemen (GDAO's)who have closed operations leaving monies owed to advisors/assessors for works completed. They have all blamed non payment to themselves by those they contracted to.
Ofgen seem unwilling to get involved in better management of 'their' programme.
Its a disgrace
