DECC's legal action has far wider ramifications than the solar industry alone
In my view, DECC have been extremely short sighted in their handling of reducing the solar feed in tariffs. They are in real danger of scuppering their own plans for their much heralded Green Deal, which has come in for a lot of criticism during the recent consultation period.

Many SME's and the construction industry as a whole have viewed the heavy handedness of Huhne's actions with both disbelief and dismay. If DECC can effectively kill off the UK solar industry at the drop of a hat, what guarantees do we have that they wont equally back track on the promises being made about Green Deal?

Both industry and the public need to be able to TRUST government and I sincerely feel that this ongoing legal "sabre rattling" has done the government irrepriable damage.
