If you have ordered and paid for a product or products form this website then please allow up to 14 days for delivery. You can check your order status by logging in (link in header) and going to "my orders" to see if your purchase has been dispatched or is still awaiting processing.
At the Green Building Press we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why we offer a "no quibbles" guarantee if, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 20 days of the date you received the item. Or in the case of an 'electronic' product such as GreenPro subscription, this is 4 days.
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 20 days of the date you received the item, unused. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of unused items if they are faulty.
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products except for digital items e.g.: GreenPro or other downloaded products.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please return the product to us with a cover letter saying "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you, please contact our 'Helpdesk' (link in banner above) for information on how to return an item.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. We regret that we can not refund any postage charges.
