At the Green Building Press we want you to be delighted every time
you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return
items. That's why we offer a "no quibbles" guarantee if,
for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return
it to us in its original condition within 20 days of the date you
received the item. Or in the case of an electronic item such as
GreenPro subscription, this is 4 days.
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its
original condition within 20 days of the date you received the item,
unused. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid
for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of unused
items if they are faulty.
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of
an item within seven working days of the day after the date the
item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products except
for digital items e.g.: GreenPro or other downloaded products.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please return
the product to us with a cover letter saying "contract cancellation".
Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that
we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date

goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item
