Report 2 - A Toolkit for Carbon Neutral Developments

Producing carbon neutral developments and how to afford them is the aim of this guide. It is based on the achievements at BedZED, describing measures taken in the scheme to reduce environmental impact. It includes technical descriptions, monitoring results and financial mechanisms that have allowed the innovations at BedZED to become a reality.

Includes in-depth analysis of the thermal, electrical, water and transport and renewable energy systems that were incorporated into the project. Project ballance sheets are also included which provide evidence of the overall cost savings that can be achieved from a project such as this.
