Green Building Forum - Broken database?
 Started by  headgear

Hello to anyone I was having discussions with over in the members forum- I find myself locked out of the forums even though I am logged in as a registered user. I filed a support request yesterday which is still marked as unread; so I have no idea how long it will take to fix; especially as a new user not familiar with the workings of this particular system :-(

I will continue with ongoing discussions as soon as the folks that run this thing let me back in!

I am also locked out. I don't know if this is all or only a few people. I cannot access the site at all. Nothing!

There is a message displayed, part of which reads:

A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred
Technical information (for support personel):

Error Message
An error occurred while logging your IP address.

It also says:

For additional support documentation, visit the Lussumo Documentation website at: lussumo.com/docs

I can get logged, and to everything on the site except the members forums; where I get a fatal error message relating to MYSQL database. Not my field at all; but I suspect faults in the relation between the secured parts of the site for members and the database of their details.

Have you posted a service message or sent an email ( or phoned support?)

I've done nothing as yet, apart from send an e-mail to another user to ask if he is having problems also...

All I get when trying to access the site is the message above.

If I click on the Forums part of this site I can access this one, the other gives me the message above.
