I just want to give you the idea, how low can the energy consumption be(see the link at the end). I do agree with the green concept, but do we know where we are heading and what will that cost? Isnīt there a treshold value of all that supports and grants etc., which if we pass no way back will be available and we the fall down to somenthing like mombasa hell will become true? What do you think? http://www.seemyliving.com/~barbara/

Interesting Barbara. Consumption of energy and materials is the problem and unfortunately, green living could/will likely become just a new way of consuming if we are not careful.

Green living is not about wearing a new badge but being more conscious of your household impact on the environment with a view to improved sustainability. Within a civilised society everybody has a choice about their level of impact, whether they they are bothered or not, their budget etc.

The downside is that the education process is fraught with intellectual indigestion, so called experts and marketing claims. Research your green choices wisely and always look at the bigger picture. Review that green choice, say once a year to ensure its still best practice and don't forget that whilst your doing your bit then there are 10 people that are not or can not!

Prepare for 'Green capitalism' much like the old version other than we'll all be given free green tinted shades
and patted on the back , " Well done you"

Alternative energy sources are, I think,
and there is that direction which will deduce the world from crisis.
The epoch of oil and gas monopolies will end.
