No doubt this has been raised many times - but does anyone actually have evidence of building successfully one of these 'free energy' machines (eg magnetic one - there are loads of people in the US selling plans for this 'perpetual motion' electricity generator - I just wondered if they actually work?
Thanks.

I thought perpetual motion was impossible.

I have read of scams involving people selling these plans.
I've also researched this topic on and off for 10 years now. I think there are some useful inventions, but without the insight of the people who invented them it may be extremely difficult for the inventions to be recreated.
It won't stop me trying ultimately, but at the moment I live off-grid and have a very limited power supply.
Some people who have worked on alternative energy sources include: 1) Nikola Tesla (Tesla's "Black Box") 2) Viktor Schauberger (Repulsine - which used the power of the vortex) 3) Paul Baumann of the Methernitha religious community in Switzerland (Testatika) 4) John Searl (magnetic levitation device)
