green belt not be violated
Reading the headline, is this a true or false statement. The answer can be yes or no
Where I live in Castle Point South East Essex [all in post code SS7] developers are active with planning applications for at least 5 sites. They all seem to have started in the last 4 months. Could it be that the local development plans are being revised and therefore not approved?

Our protected park
Our public park is set on the rare Magnesium escarpment. The park also has protected grass meadows only found on Magnesium landscapes. The park is SINC, very near to SSSI sites, has ancient woodlands, over 100 different bird and many butterflies.
Since 2007, we've attempt preventing Nottingham City Council's preferred partner Ronald Patrick Maydon importing landfill waste for the construction of 3 metre high bunds surrounding most of our park.

Eric Pickles statement is incorrect.
